The story
As a principal ballet dancer, training from age six for the world's top ballet companies, Asta always shared her expertise with the friends who asked her how to build a dancer's body. On retirement she created Ballet Body Sculpture — a program based on four keystones to an optimised body form, for everyone, not just top athletes.
