Dance experience is not required

Classes combine classical ballet with stretching and core strengthening — intense but gentle techniques to develop a perfect body outline, posture, toned muscles and confidence. All levels welcome — regardless of your ballet, dance or fitness experience. For best results we recommend 2–3 sessions per week.

What to wear

Simple & comfortable

Comfortable exercise clothes. For footwear we recommend soft ballet shoes (available at any ballet store) — regular socks are fine to start. Mats are provided; feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Bring water and a towel.
