Asta Bazeviciute

At the international ballet competitions in Varna and Nagoya, Asta gained wide recognition through her medals at both. For her achievements in ballet she won the prized diploma for Belarusian Person of the Year. Her classical beauty and stunning physique graced the cover of Dance International Magazine, and she performed at Princess Diana's Memorial Concert in London.

Asta has over fifteen years of experience training both women and men in the fitness and rehabilitation benefits of classical ballet movement — developing her own unique programs to facilitate considerable gains and progressive results for those seeking to maximise their posture, flexibility and strength.

Her programs are trusted by some of the world's most glamorous and body-conscious individuals — those who rely on her refined expertise as a closely guarded secret to beauty, strength and longevity.

In addition to her movement-based training, Asta is also a qualified digital psychologist, offering a rare combination of physical and mental coaching. She guides clients not only in sculpting their bodies but in rebuilding self-confidence, nurturing inner peace and achieving holistic well-being.

Her approach is deeply rooted in discipline, awareness and artistry — helping you feel stronger, more confident and truly aligned in body and mind.
